A hidden gem at the foot of the Surrey Hills, Hurtwood Park Polo Club welcomes everyone to come and experience the excitement of the game, the warm ambiance of the clubhouse and our family friendly events in a relaxed and unique way. Its diverse amenities and prime location promises an active, luxury experience second to none.
Hurtwood Park is the only polo club in the UK offering a wide range of social and leisure facilities year round. The club is set in 180 acres of outstanding beauty in the Surrey countryside within easy reach of London and the major towns of the South East.
As well as the equestrian facilities, Hurtwood Park also offers a complete range of facilities for all types of events – whether private or corporate. Its diverse amenities and prime location promise an active, luxury experience second to none. The setting itself is superb and lends itself to a very special day in a relaxed and unique way.
HOW TO GET THERE!
- By Road
TRAVELLING FROM LONDON – Whether you are coming from London (Heathrow is 35 minutes, Gatwick is 20 minutes) or the south on the A3, exit at the A243 towards Leatherhead/Dorking. Continue on this road when it joins up with the A24. Stay on the A24 past Dorking until you reach Beare Green roundabout. Turn right (south) onto the A29 towards Ockley and when in Ockley turn right onto the B2126 (for Forest Green & Ewhurst). In Ewhurst, turn left at the Bulls Head Pub and continue through the village. Just before you exit the village, there is a sharp right hand bend, where you turn left for Ewhurst Green. Follow the road and you will pass a cricket green on your left. Continue and after about 300 yards after the last buildings on the left are the gates to Hurtwood Park.
- By Rail
The Nearest Train Station to the Polo Club is Guilford Station or Dorking Station from Waterloo station. You must pre book a taxi services from Dorking station. You would need to take a taxi from there to the venue.
- By Coach
We are arranging a return coach from London to polo club and back! The Nearest Train Station is Embankment or Charing Cross station and pick will be on 10 Whitehall Place, London SW1A 2BD opposite Corinthia Hotel at 10am. Coach will be leaving the polo club at 9pm to return back to 10 Whitehall Place, London SW1A 2BD. **If you’re attending the after party, please book the return after party coach which leaves at 2am. Make sure you book your coach tickets in advance in other to secure your seat.
